If you submit inquiries to us via the contact or product inquiry form, the information you provide in the form—including the contact details you enter there—will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until the purpose for storage no longer applies, you request that we delete it, or legal retention obligations prevent deletion.

We will only share your data to the extent necessary to process your inquiry or if we are legally required to do so.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website: These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the website from which you came (referrer URL), the webpages on our site visited, the date and time of your visit, as well as the IP address from which you visited our site.

The data thus collected will be temporarily stored, but not in association with any other of your data.

The basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.

The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In which case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident is finally resolved.

Facebook

We maintain a business page on Facebook. Controller: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you visit the page, data such as your IP address, date, time, and the page you accessed may be transmitted. If you are logged in, Facebook may associate this data with your account.

Our Instagram account is used for communication and product presentation. Responsible party: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin 2, Ireland.

We have integrated our account’s Instagram feed via a plugin that retrieves the posts on the server side and caches them on our webspace. The posts, as well as the Instagram logo on our site, link to Instagram. When you visit Instagram, data such as your IP address, date/time, and pages visited may be collected. Upon login, this data is associated with your account.
